I am not in-network for insurance companies, however I will give you a Receipt for Health Insurance Reimbursement Form at the end of each session.
Sessions are $160 and payment is due at the time of the session.
I accept payment by cash, check, debit, American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa.
When I book your appointment, I am setting aside a dedicated time slot just for you. If you must reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. This courtesy makes it possible to open your reserved time to another patient.
There is a charge of $120 per session for not showing up to your scheduled appointment. Repeated cancellations or missed appointments will result in loss of future appointment privileges.
